Kimberly Ann Pechar

Kimberly Pechar of Northglenn, CO passed away on January 19th, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.  

Kim was born in Omaha, NE on Sepember 26th, 1966 to Frank Pechar Sr. and Linda Banks. For over 20 years she enjoyed a career in propery management in Denver, CO.

Kim enjoyed gardening, environmental advocacy and spending time with her pugs.  

She is survived by her partner Toney, mother Linda Banks, daughter Stephanie (Daniel) Soda, son Nathan Douglas, brother Frank Pechar, and grandchildren Griffin and Fenix Soda. She is predeceased by her father Frank Pechar Sr. She had close friends and many work colleagues that were important to her. 

Most importantly, Kim was a person who touched many people's lives. Even if you didn't know her, you wanted to. She was a lively, energetic, positive person who always saw the good in everyone and would try to help them whenever she could. Kim was a devoted Christian. God has called her home. She will be forever missed.

H. L. I just heard about Kim's passing and am deeply saddened. Kim was an amazing friend, mentor, and person who will be greatly missed. I am eternally grateful for her! Without her, I wouldn't be where I am today in my career and think of her often. I have so many great memories with her. Forever missed! Rest in Peace, my dear friend.

Chris Jenni I was so shocked & stunned of Kim’s passing. I will forever remember her laugh & her whit. We always shared many stories when I saw Kim at my business. My condolences to her family- - to all of you. So sorry for your loss.

Lynn McCarty I am so saddened to hear of Kim's passing. This breaks my heart. She was so fun and funny and lively. Always had a great attitude. She will be missed by many. My heart goes out to her family. 😥
