Patricia Davies Teevan

October 17, 1932 - March 10, 2022

Patricia (Davies) Teevan, 89, (formally of Somerset, NJ) passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Pine Run Community in Doylestown, PA with her loving family by her side.

Patricia is the daughter of the late Ella (McGinley) and Lewis T. Davies of Allentown, PA. She is survived by her brother William Davies of Bethlehem, PA, and preceded in death by her brothers Thomas Davies of Alexandria, VA and Edward Davies of Allentown, PA.

Pat graduated from Allentown High School and Moravian College. She married the love of her life, Bernard J. Teevan, who passed away in 1974. Together they had six children: Matthew (Amanda) Teevan of Whitehouse Station, NJ; Jennifer Teevan of Mashpee, MA; Kathleen (Donald) Saul of Chalfont, PA; Susan (Michael) Turek of East Brunswick, NJ; Patricia (John) Farmer of Portugal; and the late Michael P. Teevan. Pat is the beloved grandmother of Colleen, Michelle, Daniel, Maggie, Samantha, Olivia, Melanie, Matthew and Kevin, and a great-grandmother to Hailey.

Pat was a small business owner and worked for UMDNJ before retiring from L’Oreal in Somerset, NJ. She led an active life, raising her six children and engaging in a variety of local art and cultural organizations.  Her love of travel, food, and cooking led her around the world on many adventures.  Satisfying her love of the arts, she served on the board of the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University for many years.  Pat was a long-time parishioner at St. Matthias Roman Catholic Church in Somerset, NJ prior to moving to Doylestown, PA.

At the request of the family, Pat’s funeral service and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Arthritis Foundation or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements by Donahue Funeral Home, Flourtown 215-429-4964.
