Amanda Baynes

September 18, 1986 - May 09, 2022

Amanda Baynes passed away peacefully on May 9, 2022 following a brief illness. Amanda was born in Springfield, Virginia but spent most of her life in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Amanda attended Northeast High School.  She worked as a specialty agent at Salon Centric then as a bartender/server at Smokin 19 and at Sunset Grille.

Amanda is survived by her parents, Karen Stodart of St. Pete, Florida and Philip Baynes of Pace, Florida. Amanda leaves behind two beautiful children, Shyla Winters and Gary Winters Jr..

Amanda will be remembered as a genuinely loving person.  She loved her children, her friends, her family and her animals. She signed her notes with X’s and O’s and never missed an opportunity to say “I love you.”

Taken too soon, Amanda will forever be in the hearts of the many lives she touched. One thing is certain, Amanda is lighting up heaven with her incredibly beautiful smile.

A celebration of life for Amanda will be held in the near future.  Fond memories and condolences may be shared at www.tulipcremation.com

Wendy Meade Amanda was honestly on eod the most beautiful human beings I've ever met in my life. She was a loving, kind, gentle woman with a heart of gold. I always called her my little sunshine and I am heartbroken that she is gone. Taken far too soon indeed. But I know she is at peace in Heaven with the Lord. No more pain or suffering. My deepest condolences and prayers are with the family and her 2 beautiful children. May God be with you all. May flights of angels sing thee to thy eternal rest, Amanda. Until we meet again, I love you.💔🙏

Katie Ahlen Amanda was a generous, kind, caring person who will be missed greatly. Amanda and I met when we were just little girls and over time we became sisters. As adults we rarely seen each other, but she will forever have a place in my heart. It's a heartbreaking tragedy for such a young, beautiful soul to be taken from earth so soon, but I know she's up in heaven living in paradise. Rest easy, Amanda. We will see you again one day. In the meantime, if you can, please be one of our guardian angels. Because Lord knows we can all use it down here. Love always, Katie
