Ricky Willard Rader

April 21, 1975 - September 01, 2022

Ricky W Rader

On September 1, 2022, at the young age of 48, Ricky Rader went home to be with the lord. He is survived by his mother and Stepmother Julie A Baird & Catherine Baird of Oklahoma. His Father Stephan Rader of El Centro, CA, His brother Sammy W Rader of Oklahoma. His life partner Tina Morgan. His sister Cristal Pawalaczyk of New York, His Grandmother Wava A Rader of El Centro CA. Many aunts and uncles, cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandmother Marie Baird, grandfather Carl Rader, his Aunt Janice and so many other too numerous to list.

Ricky was born April 21, 1974, in Redlands California. He lived most of his life in the pass area between Beaumont, Yucaipa CA. Moved to Joshua Tree in 2006 and spent the remainder of his life there.

He worked in construction for his uncle most of his working years. He really loved the work he was doing.

He had a huge heart and if he decided you were one of the people, he loved he did so with all of his heart. He spent many years helping out others less fortunate than him, always said in that respect his momma taught him right. Always willing to feed others and give the shirt off of his back. At Christmas time his house would be full of others who had no place to go or no food to eat. He gave of himself with a heart full of love.

He spent much of his time praying and working on his relationship with God and taking care of others.

There will be a private memorial service for immediate family only. He is going to be so missed.

Julie Baird Not a day goes by that I don't miss you. Every time I think my tears are all cried out, a fresh batch comes in to flow again. You were the one that made me a Mommy, you were my first, you showed me a different kind of love that a person can have. You brought out the Momma bear in me, I tried so hard to protect you and care for you, for the most part I did a good job of that but the one thing I could not protect you from was yourself. I miss our weekly phone calls, miss looking forward to fulfilling your dream and moving out here to be with us. There is so many more things I wanted to show you and experience with you, and now you are resting peacefully in Jesus's hands, surrounded by those in our family that had gone on before you. Just know you were more loved than you were aware of. Our memories will have to do for now. Your presence is so very missed. I will always love you my son. Rest in peace honey you have earned it.

Catherine Baird Ricky it has almost been two weeks since you left us 😭and went to heaven to be with God, Jesus and so many others that went before you... It breaks my 💔 heart you are gone, you will be missed. I am very blessed that you accepted me as your Stepmom for so many years and to be a part of those years... Your Mother and I will miss those calls we had so often.. So sorry that you did not get the chance to be free from all the stress and move to Oklahoma where you so wanted to be, wish that could of happened, at least you got the chance to come out here last year. You would not believe the 💔 heartbreak your Mother is going through not just for the lose of her first born, but what others are putting her through, but you probably already know this and watching it all. If you can, make them stop... Rest in peace...We Love you and I will miss you.. See you again in heaven some day.....RIP....
