I was introduced to David by my good high school friend, Patsy Niemec. When my boyfriend, Buddy, (Ray) met him, it was obvious we were all going to be friends for life.......that's just how it was...to know him was to love him. We both got married around the same time and had larger than normal families and would get together whenever we could. To say the least, Patsy and Dave were always fun to be with and always opened their home to us. My first motorcycle ride was with David and my second was with Patsy in her sidecar. Dave honored us by becoming our daughter, Nicole's "Godfather" and what's better than an Italian Godfather? He will be missed by our family and we look forward to his memorial in Illinois. God bless!

David was loved by all who met him! I had the great pleasure if meeting David not long after my daughter, Kelsey, moved from Illinois to Phoenix, AZ. David & Sharon spent an entire day taking my 3 kids & I out for a ride in his side-by-side, hanging out together & then out to the Organ Stop for dinner. He was such a warm old soul & even though we had just met I felt we'd known him our entire lives! I knew he lived life to the fullest & never missed an opportunity to enjoy the little things in life. We could all hope to be like David! The world is a little darker without the bright light of this kind soul.
