Tracie Blades When my son Rizal was a young teenager he was being bullied from his weight I met lamont at church and he said he would take him under his wing as a big brother and mentor..in just a couple of years my son went from being bullied to the most popular kid in town and school being a part of the fresno bar gorillas and on the news ect. I was a single mom and lamont took us all into his boot camp at our church my son and daughter. We all got into the best shape of our lives ,I even won the fresno greatest lover. 4 am work outs. Torturous classes by lamont but very fun at the same time, I cried so many times in class lol the other day I woke up from a dream and .y husband and I were looking at work out equipment for my son lamont was there saling it and trying it out, I sat with lamont and told him it was ok to let go. I hugged him and thanked him for Saving my sons life and said goodbye. And he disappeared. It seemed so real. Lamont will always Have such a special place in our hearts and and what an impact on the community.. love you sweet brother in christ! You truly were superman down here!
