We are sad to announce the passing of Eric M. Varela who passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023 after a short hospitalization, he was 58 years old.

Eric is survived by his loving mother Olivia Rojas Varela, his brother Ernesto (Susan) Rojas and sister Clarissa Varela.  He leaves behind his nieces Rosie, Tamara, Alicia, Alanna, Andrea, Amanda, Melina, Madeline, Alyssa and his nephew Antonio.  He also leaves behind many great and great-great nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his father and niece Ariel.

Eric was a Bay Area native, residing in Santa Clara and San Jose until his move to Madera, CA in 2014.  He will be missed by his family and friends.
