Steve Serrano My heart goes out to the Gastelum family. Joey was my (lil bro), at work and at home. He would always lend a helping hand when he could. He would housesit and look after my kids and dog while we vacationed. A very kind and gentle person I knew for 25+ years. He will be missed “Kokomo Joe”, “Rambo”, always had a joke and a smile for you. Rest in Peace brother.
