Carlos Robert Morris

May 13, 1978 - January 08, 2025

Carlos Robert Morris, age 46, of Portland, Oregon, passed away on January 8, 2025, in Portland Oregon.  He was born on May 13, 1978, in Troy, Montana, to Dana and Mary Morris as their only child.

Carlos spent his childhood in the Sandy area and graduated from a private Christian school in the summer of 1996. Shortly after, he met the one of his life, Deletta Prince. Together, they built a beautiful family, welcoming their daughter Madeline in 2000 and their son Aidan in 2008, their family was finally complete. Carlos cherished being a father and found immense joy in his children.

A gifted musician, Carlos had an extraordinary talent for picking up any instrument and mastering it with ease. His passion for music extended to all genres, and he especially loved playing the guitar. He could listen to a song and have his own twist on it in minutes.
Beyond music, he enjoyed golfing, snowboarding, riding dirt bikes, singing, dancing, and entertaining those around him. He loved the Denver Broncos and NASCAR.

Carlos had a deep love for animals, particularly his beloved dogs Maria and Maggie. His "grand-pups," Oliver and Blizz, also held a special place in his heart. Though an only child, Carlos shared close bonds with his cousins and friends, whom he considered family.

He is survived by his father Dana Robert Morris; Deletta Prince; his children Madeline Morris and Aidan Morris; and his grand-pups Oliver and Blizz.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary; Aunt Diane; grandparents; and many cherished pets and friends.
